Fun Family Recipe - Chocolate Oat Cups

Ingredients

  • 3 Bananas (a little on the riper side)
  • 3 Cups of Oats
  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 2-3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup

Ingredients for the Filling

  • 2 Cups of Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Butter your muffin pan

Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl

Add the oats, cacao powder, and maple syrup. Stir until combined evenly

Press the mixture into the greased muffin pan and form into cups

Bake for 20 minutes

Let the cups cool down completely

Mix the ingredients for the filling (Greek yogurt, cacao powder, and maple syrup) together until well combined

Fill the cups with the filling

Add your toppings and enjoy!
