I love making my family Chicken Parmesan, but sometimes I just need to do it the quicker way!
Ingredients:
Chicken Breast (Butterfly cute works best)
Bread Crumbs
Shredded Mozzarella
Jar of Marinara
Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Grated Romano Cheese
Fettuccine
1 Egg
Flour
Vegetable Oil
How to Make Chicken Parmesan:
- Prep your three bowls
- one with flour, one with the one egg beaten, and the other with flour and Romano Cheese
- Take the chicken (one by one) and place in the flour bowl and cover completely
- After coated with flour, place the chicken in the egg bowl and completely cover
- After coated in egg mixture, coat in the bread/Romano cheese mixture
- In a pan over medium heat, add the oil (just enough to cover the bottom of the pan) and pan fry the chicken. About 7 minutes on each side.
- When the chicken is done, place on a paper towel to soak up any leftover oil
- Place all the chicken in a oven safe pan. Add some marinara to the top of the chicken, then mozzarella cheese, then a hint of parmesan cheese, then place in the oven to melt the cheese
- Add the leftover jar of marina to your cooked fettuccine
- Plate to your liking!
