I stumbled upon Chef Cameron's cooking classes by accident, and I'm so glad I did. Once I learned about the different classes he offers, I was immediately intrigued and knew I had to reach out.
Chef Cameron is an ACF Chef and a Healthy Hands Certified Instructor. Not to mention, he has even been overseas to Ireland, where he received a certification for farm-to-table/organic cooking. It was in Ireland when he learned just how much he wanted to teach others exactly where food comes from and how to properly cook "healthy." Of course, doing exactly that comes with its challenges, but Chef Cameron is still going to spread his knowledge to the youth here in Southwest Florida.
Chef Cameron founded Chef's In Progress in order to combine his two passions: education and cooking. "My mission is to educate children and adults of all ages and abilities on improving their lives through organic, holistic, and farm-to-table cooking while having fun!" Chef Cameron currently holds classes at the Lake Kennedy Center. He even established a fun Young Chef Member Club to help the youth learn more about healthy eating and cooking!
Some of the upcoming cooking classes are State Fair, All American BBQ, Sushi Making, and Rustic Italian, just to name a few!
